Riverhouse Apartments

I lived at Riverhouse for 5 years and really enjoyed it! It’s a great complex with nice amenities, and a great location. The management team is great as well! They’re very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It’s a great apartment complex to live at!

Riverhouse is a small paradise in Little Rock and has definitely made our experience in living in Arkansas something that we will always remember. I can't thank enough to the management team for everything they've done for us since we've moved here. From great social events to being really quick at replying to the maintenance requests, they have been phenomenal. The apartments are great and with great finishings. The amenities are fantastic and very well kept and the pool is perfect for the hot summer days or to just simply relax. Would highly recommend.

This apartment complex is great living! The whole staff is nice and professional. The front office staff is always available to help. The maintenance team is very quick and efficient. I have no complaints! I love the pool and the fitness center. I have found myself a forever home, they sold me with the complimentary coffee in the cyber cafe!

I had an amazing experience at Riverhouse and wish I could have stayed longer! The building managers are so nice and make an active effort to get to know the residents. The gym, cyber cafe, and the pool are both very nice areas to go and utilize. The apartment itself was the best place I've had the pleasure of living, and if I ever placed a work order, it was responded to within a decent time. There are also fun events that happen throughout the year to encourage community engagement which I really enjoyed and appreciated. I definitely recommend this Riverhouse!

I must say I absolutely love this place! It is always clean and such an upscale environment! The pool and gym are amazing! The office staff are amazing as well! Always friendly and truly care about each and every resident! That’s hard to find! They have hands down the best maintenance staff ever! Their maintenance supervisor is very professional and always goes above and beyond every experience I’ve had! I’ve yet to see that anywhere else I’ve lived in the Little Rock Metro area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome, safe, place to stay and amazing staff! Thanks Riverhouse!
