Riverfront Wilmington

Beautiful stretch of waterfront to relax at. Really nice walking path. Benches to sit along the way along with some Gazebos. Restaurants are also along the way. The waterfront is done up really nicely around the Christmas Holidays! Lights all along the path. Also different pieces of artwork along the path. Riverfront runs into Tubman Garrett Park and the Wilmington Train Station.

Beautiful place for this small , beautiful boardwalk. I have visited here both daytime and night time. I prefer the night time walk on the boardwalk. It is safe for family, parking is cheap or free based on the location you are parking along the boardwalk. There are lot of bar or dining option but non has setup near the waterfront(it’s on other side of boardwalk), but you will get that vibe and feel. Nighttime skyline view of Wilmington’s downtown was mesmerizing. In summer time you will hear loud music from couple of restaurents/bar. Security keeps an eye on bike or battery mobile. Very clean , well maintained , secure but only complain I have is no public restrooms hence 1 star taken. I hope the property hears this request and make it happen. The more people comes here the local business

Beautiful place to take your family or just chill with your boo. The water is so relaxing and they have a lot of great restaurants to choose from. We rode the bikes there which was a ride from hell! Omg yall we got off the trail somehow and ended up 14 miles out! Lord call me a Uber! The bike rental you have to download an app then pay. It was $30 per person to rent the bikes. Overall fun experience with the family. Would I do it again? Yes but I want to that far riding. We past a prison, 2 bridge and a major street. lol don’t do what I did. Also wear a helmet.

Stunning, safe and very relaxing riverfront, it is astonishing to have such a beautiful and peaceful place in the middle of the city. Clean and perfect place for a walk or you can just sit and read on the nice little benches and chairs in the riverside. The wooden boardwalk is very well maintained and lots good restaurants. *Large parking space.

Just went for a run with my bestie. It was like 845 am. It was not crowded at all. Pretty much have access to so many restaurants, activities like mini gold, the movies, boat rides on the lake ..
