So far anytime I have made a maintenance request it takes them over a month for someone to show up or even follow up. They are very comfortable if some things are not working in the property you're renting from them. Yes my requests are not urgent but for how long one is supposed to wait to get something fixed? I've lived in many places in my life but this company takes inconsideration do a whole new level. They know they're giving you a place that has problems and they will count on the tenant just to give up asking them to fix stuff, and when they do fix something it's half-ass. This is not a review this is a warning for any future tenant to stay away and look elsewhere.

Riverfront has been the best property management company I have ever worked with. Any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Communication is excellent, all questions or concerns that I have had are answered or looked in to nearly immediately if not right then and there. When working with you, they never make you feel like a bother or that they have more important things to be doing. They make sure there is a clear plan of action or answer with every conversation. They make a point to know you and your family and are so genuine and understanding if you come to them with an issue. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

Please Read (African-American )On 08-27-24 I made appointment to View a home at 1620 E Crittenden Ave Apt A, Ft. Wright with Cheyenne which I didn’t Meet upon me arriving I met with someone named Nate Which I wasn’t informed, he was very standoffish. Didn’t really want to show me the home. And barely talk to me I brushed it off and spoke to my fiancé about the home And he still asked me to put in a application Which I qualify for the home income and rental History are good With no problem, I receive a text message from Cheyenne Stating that they are not moving forward with my application I sent a text message Asking Why No response, I called and got sent to the voicemail I called from a different number. She picked up on the first ring and I asked her why did my application didn’t go thro

All my questions were addressed promptly and they were always willing to help with whatever problem I was having.
