These apartments are very affordable compared to others in the area. However, one ongoing issue is that maintenance and safety concerns often go unanswered. My senior parents live here, and there has been a significant accumulation of ice and snow throughout the community, creating a serious safety hazard for them and other residents. The sidewalks and parking lot have not been salted, making it extremely unsafe and, at times, nearly impossible to safely get in or out of the property. This issue has been reported multiple times to property management, yet no action has been taken. I sincerely hope this matter is resolved soon, as it poses a risk to the safety and well-being of all residents especially seniors.

At arrival everything smooth. Only problem is the apartment belong to a smoker. I complained and they installed a new carpet. The smell is gone in bedroom but living still has it.. Probably in the walls. Well hopefully the smells will disappear with time. Besides that quiet area, next to post office and plaza. It is good for the price.

I've been part of this community for two years now, and I've got to say, it's been great! I highly recommend Allen Creek if you're on the lookout for a great place to live. They keep things tidy with weekly clean-ups of the hallways and outside areas, which is a huge plus, especially with my three kids running around. Safety-wise, I've never had a worry. Heather, our landlord, is super kind and always quick to help out with any questions or issues. So, if you're in the market for a new spot, Allen Creek is definitely worth checking out!

Heather in the office is truly one of a kind. She really cares and will do everything she can to make her residents happy and feeling like this is home. Would recommend anyone looking to move check out Allen Creek
