I want to share how much I appreciate the management at **Rivercroft Apartments**. Natalya has been a fantastic addition to the team here. While she is very straight-to-the-point and doesn't sugarcoat things, I’ve found her 'no-nonsense' style to be exactly what’s needed. She recently went above and beyond by sitting down with me to go through my ledger in detail. She broke it down to make it make sense to me and gave me access to the resident portal which I did not have before when I moved in.She was incredibly transparent and gave me a much-needed heads-up on my account status, taking the time to make sure everything was clear. Natalia has been one of the best managers in Rivercroft Apartments! She has taken care of my unit and my ant issues my parking space problems. She’s been incredibly person helping out!! Shen being so great and helpful to the residents! Thank you so much Natalia

Edit to add: I know a family who lives here and I have been inside their apartment.. Just OK Apartments could use a pressure wash on the outside and pretty sure they just painted over the dirt and black mold on the inside…They do accept vouchers though, which is great. I definitely think they could be a little bit more clean overall..

I moved into Rivercroft Apartments in December of 2017. Matt was the property manager at the time. He was compassionate of my situation and helped me get the application done, even after hours. I moved into a one bedroom at first, they helped me transfer to a two bedroom later on. Both apartments were updated, clean and close to two freeway entrances! Dustin became the manager as we were transitioning to the second apartment. Both Matt & Dustin were helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The maintenance staff were always very polite and showed up promptly when a fix needed to be made, even helped me out of the snow one day during the storm. Worst place ever. I moved to this apartment in 2022 and move out in May 2024. I told the manager I was moving out and she never mentioned any letter till they send me a deposit check of $11.07. They charged me for the blinds, which were all new when o moved out! Charged me for touch up that it was there before I move in and they took pictures before I moved in and said they would put on my lease. So they got $2470 from my deposit and never gave me back. Worst apartment ever, mold everywhere, sink were leaking and they never fixed right. I returned the apartment in way better shape than I got. Just look for another place to live.
