I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding professionalism and help I’ve received from Mary Ann at our apartment community. She is always courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to assist residents. Anytime I’ve had a question about payments, statements, or account details, she has handled it quickly and clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is not only organized and efficient but also genuinely kind and respectful. Her hard work and dedication really make a difference for the residents here. I truly appreciate the excellent service and support she provides.

This apartment is awful. I had to move out recently because they allowed my apartment to go two months without flooring and mold throughout the apartment. I had 6 floods in 60days. There’s constant water shut offs, mold was EVERYWHERE throughout my apartment. Maintenance ain’t fix nothing. The management team to busy making TikTok’s annd hosting food trucks instead of doing their job and making sure the apartments are maintenance well. And they are deliberately ignoring my emails because they know they messed up bad and avoid accountability regarding my apartment. I wasn’t keeping my family in an unsafe environment with an incompetent management team. I’d run. They don’t have preventative maintenance checks, they can’t keep a maintenance team that’s why nothing can ever get done, you tell

Recent changes have elevated my experience living at Riverchase Landing! The grounds are kept clean, the ladies in the office are friendly and helpful, and the new maintenance team is very responsive. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. I love the new upgrades and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.

I had a great experience touring this property with Ms. India Loudermilk. She gave an excellent tour, was very knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. The entire staff was very nice and professional. I really appreciated the great customer service and positive atmosphere.
