It a complete disgrace at this community. . Everything is falling apart and the current management company CAMS is doing absolutely nothing and LGI who owns the land will NOT meet with all the homeowners and discuss all the issues in the neighborhood. Lies upon lies
isn't this the community that had horrendous smells from the paper plant?
Excellent location and very near to Promenade Place. We drove to look around the place and it was amazing. With bring your own builder (BYOB), every home was looking stunning!!!
Very nice upscale living! Includes an elegant amenities building, with outdoor patio with a bigscreen, loaded gym(gym includes a kids activity room), and a beautiful pool that is one of a kind. ( Must be a resident to enter the amenities grounds.)
My husband and I are looking to retire and we meet with Chris, who by the way was AWESOME. I am confuse, prefab homes ??? Who and why would any upscale community would let you build a prefab home in a community like River chase. Thank goodness for HOA WE ARE EXCITED AND WILL BE PICKING OUT our lot. That community is beautiful and customer service was top notch. See you Chris!
