Riverbank Lofts

Riverbank Lofts has been my home for 2 years now. Here is a good honest review of these apartments. The Pros: Bang for your buck. I live on the top floor with a riverside view, and for the cost of rent, living in this area, you get more than what you pay for. Beautifully redone apartments with stunning wood floors, plenty of granite counter space, huge bedrooms, 1300 sq ft. of open living. For those complaining of cost, I challenge you to find this size apartment with these views for less. This place would be $3500/mo if it were in Boston! Underground heated parking with snow removal outside. Shade in the summer months too. Parking spots big enough for 3 cars for a reasonable cost per month. A small, but usable gym. I lived here with my two children for one year and hated to leave. Wonderful, spacious apartment. No insulation between apartments or floors but we were lucky to have great neighbors. Our apartment had the water view which was pretty and peaceful. Staff were VERY responsive and professional. Public spaces were clean and looked lovely. There were cookouts and holiday themed parties. Really enjoyed living there.

This place was not meant to be an apartment complex. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The windows are poorly insulated. My electric bill is 300+ a month. The parking lot is always a mess and full of trash. Managment is not very knowledgeable. The hot water is never hot! I have been here for years. It used to be a great place but it's gone down for sure. It has turned into an old folks community.

Fantastic loft apartment for the price! Amazing views and huge place, 2 bed and 2 bath. Underground heated garage, never have to worry about a thing. MAYBE the only downside is the lack of insulation on the 14 foot windows, but I prefer it cooler in my apartment anyway! Only utility is electric and my bill is very reasonable for the size place it is.
