Riverbank Landing Apartments

We love living here at Riverbank Landing. It has been five years now and no complaints. Very nice top floor apartment with lots of room, storage space and good appliances, well-maintained four story building with two fast elevators, mail room, fitness center, game and party rooms, outdoor patio by the Ash Creek with grills and a fire pit, wonderful, responsive landlord and hard-working, efficient, friendly maintenance staff led by ever-present Pete. Any issue is taken care of immediately and perfectly. Great neighborhood (Black Rock) with places to walk (St. Mary’s-by-the-Sea is very close), shopping, good restaurants and bars. Highly recommend Riverbank Landing Apartments.

I recently moved out of Riverbank Landing after 4 years, and I only have good things to say about it! The management and maintenance staff is friendly and engaging, and will make it a point to know you by name. Pete, who is the main maintenance worker, is extremely helpful and responsive. The unit itself is very spacious with plenty of storage space, and appliance are all updated. The gym in the basement has everything you need for a workout. If there was ever an issue, management and/or maintenance responded quickly and handled all situations efficiently and professionally. The apartment building is in a great location, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and bars, and a short drive away from the train station. Overall, a great building and I enjoyed my time living here!

Absolutely loved my experience at this apartment! I have nothing but amazing things to say about living here (i.e. storage/closet space is unparalleled). The staff/management were extremely friendly and always super on top of things. In the rare event that there were maintenance issues, maintenance would address the issue extremely quickly (far more quickly than anywhere else I have lived). If you are ever considering living here, do not think twice, because I can hands down say it was the best decision I ever made!

When my toilet basically exploded (through no fault of the toilet itself) at 11pm on a Saturday night, a member of the management team named Pete arrived at my apartment like a superhero within 20 minutes. Not only did he fix the toilet, he also cleaned up the entire mess, and did a little drainage work on the sink and shower to make everything brand-new and smelling like lemons. He was extremely good-natured and friendly, and he did his work efficiently and professionally. I'm eternally grateful to him and the staff at Riverbank Apartments - if you choose to live here, the management (specifically Pete) won't let you down!

Great condo complex, wonderful and affordable place to live. Building is very nice, clean, well maintained and accommodating. I live there with my mom and never had any issues, owners/landlords are nice and always willing to be of service, respect and validate any concerns you might have. Has a gym, gameroom, ping pong room :) and storage units. Overall great place to live and in a great community too
