Michael Bartolino recently assisted my fiancée and me with purchasing our first home! Michael’s strong work ethic, knowledge in the field, and charismatic energy made him easy to trust and a pleasure to work with!! His expertise and dedication were especially essential to us while learning this process and ensuring we executed all of our tasks and responsibilities in an organized and timely manner. Michael is also a great communicator who we could always rely on to thoroughly answer our questions and provide recommendations and professional contacts for any and all issues that would arise. We are so thankful that we had Michael lead the way on our path to achievement in becoming first time homebuyers!!!

Wasted our time but was quick to take our money for the rental application/credit check. They kept putting us through multiple hurdles such as them wanting to talk to HR of me and my friends job to verify job status. Okay cool. After that and despite us having good credit they still wanted a co signer. Okay cool. We have one and tell them this and they completely ghost us. Not cool. I don’t care if we weren’t approved, but when other leases are in play and you claim you were in a rush to move someone in it’s really unprofessional to not say anything. Be aware all.

I had the pleasure of working with Sharita and her team during a recent sale we did together. As the buyer's agent, I was impressed with Sharita's quick response time and attention to detail. Shout out to Kathy from Rivera Realty who was super helpful with the entire process as well!

i would not recommend this place at all. i called numerous times to speak to Sharita after she initially told me she could and would help me with a place. that was the only time i spoke with her. after that i just spoke to the receptionist who continously told me that Sharita was either on the phone and would call me back or would be coming in later that morning and would have her call me asap. asap never came. very bad business to tell anyone that they can help, then immediately ghost them. there is no way i could have walked into the office and been courteous in any way towards them. i am happy to see that other people have had a different experience and def feel for the ones with similar situations to mine. they get zero stars from me though.

Do not trust this place to find you a home and definitely do not let them place you with their realtor autumn price. She will lie to you tell you that your approved for places as she did with me and my family then upon signing leases she would not answer our calls return our calls or anything only to tell us nothing. She will show up empty handed and waste your time. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY SHE TOOK OUR MONEY so just because they are century 21 you would think they'd be good as they promise you but noooo don't do it stay far away from this century 21
