I just want to start out by saying Juan is a awesome landlord. One of the best I have ever ran across in my life. He tries his best to keep his community clean and trash free. He also put a playground, geezbo, picnic table, benches and swing back there that some of his sorry tenants have let their children destroy. I don't understand how people can come on someone else's property and straight dog and destroy their property but I guess. So when if you ever come here to try and live it's okay as long as you stay low key and out the way. So if you ever see the property looking crazy it's not Juan's fault. Where should I start these apts are not completed so many problems, they dont take care of them there's no maintenance man,garbage dumpsters always being repo,roach infested, feces feces coming up in the tub,floors coming up,windows falling out,no knows for the tub n sinks,some apts dont have dishwashers but wires sticking out or they dont work,toilets not connected to floors, the air condition unit dont work but want to give u air conditioner in the winter we dont have leases .ppl he hire has be in ppl apt without tenets being aware,ceilings are leaking,showers n tub barley work mold, sinks n tubs backing up.for 1500.but want ppl to pay rent but won't fix anything....

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. 🌟🛋️💫

Great turnaround & the manager is super quick to answer all of my maintenance requests!
