River Valley Terrace

Requested a maintenance to be done regarding mold in shower heads in both bathrooms as well as in tub handlebar. Was told by property manager that it was not a maintenance issue and to wipe it myself. The mold is inside plumbing fixtures amd tenants are not allowed to disassemble plumbing. Then on canceling request claimed reason for not seeing mold in pictures sent 🤔 will have to contact the city to get that taken care of apparently.

The apartment is spacious and has a nice kitchen but the apartment was extremely dirty when we moved in so we had to clean everything including the cabinets and back deck. There are no cameras on property so don’t leave anything important in your car. My 3000$ bike got stolen off of my roof rack within a month of living here. If I could’ve chose a different place to live I would have if I’d had known this was gonna happen.
