Looking for a new place to live middle of last year. Found this complex, an was blown away by how friendly and responsive the staff is! Nice quiet location, under 15 minutes to work(downtown). Easy access to ih35, 183, William Canon ect! Maintenance is very quick and responsive on any needs that is required for repair. Grounds are clean a maintain very well also. Price for the apartment that we have is a lot Better than our previous complex we were at. I highly recommend this complex!

We've been living here for a few years now, the apartments are spacious, our maintenance requests have been taken care of, the management has improved lately, and Jessica and the rest of the staff have been friendly.

River valley Ranch Apartment on Slaughter theses have been here for a while but the management is very nice and very helpful when filling out paperwork to get in they go buy your income and the apartments do have a lot of space and they have gargages as well I’ve been here almost three years and haven’t had any problems and there’s bus routes convenient for work please check them out if looking for a place to live.
