I give this place a 1 star I sent a maintenance request in December 3,2024 and it took them all the way till we moved out to try to fix it let alone it’s maintenance request that we had put in on the portal where we pay our rent it says completed, but it has not been fixed. It looks good in writing but hey, I have proof it’s been a year it’s bugs and mice they told me and my fiancé we have to pay your own money for Pest Control not them once you move in that’s your problem They love adding unnecessary fees imaginary fees and can not give you a reason why they added them in the first place when I signed the lease rent was $1375 now the rent went up to $1575 I do not recommend no one living here It’s nasty Keisha when she was the property manager she had a horrible attitude as well a

I paid my deposit in October before moving in I was told by Chad that the unit will be fully completed by our move in date on December 1st . Chad was gone by the time we moved in . Upon moving in the we did a walk through and the unit was not clean, we said it was okay because it was routine cleaning in which is pretty normal to us because why not .. Can’t trust everybody’s cleaning. How ever when we started the cleaning process we noticed several roaches , underneath the sink was never cleaned nor finished and dead roaches all over . Under the stove saturated with cheese , grease and old food as well as the counter top. I’ve been living here for quite some time and yes all apartments have their up and downs, but for the most part.. it’s been Okay! We have been through several property manager’s which brought a lot of changes and frustration. There’s a rent increase every year and “YES” I understand market conditions and competition, there no amenities just square footage as compared to other places that offers amenities. But since the new Property Manager, Keisha has been here, She’s been great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She does her best to respond to any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests promptly, even after the office is closed. Keisha, you are very helpful, all of my maintenance issues have been immediately addressed, your accommodations to me have been great. Than

No complaints whatsoever. If things need to be fixed it's done immediately. They have good managers who are concerned about you and respectful. Tyler Sellers is awesome. Before Tyler there was Chad. These two are good people I am pleased

Jackie is great The AC went out on Saturday. It got repaired and a reasonable amount of time. She listens and tries her best.
