River Terrace Apartments

I’ve lived here for 8 years and love it. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Tons of flowering trees are beautiful in the spring. Most people are friendly. The property owners are kind, respectful and responsive. The buildings are old and not renovated and there are no amenities but they are well built, well maintained and have their own charm. Small unit buildings that allow pets. Very reasonable rents. Great location.

I've been living here since September 2017. These are family owned rentals. Yes, the landlord and his son do things by paper and pencil, but I've had every issue resolved within a few hours of speaking with them. They are not "shifty" or "senile". I actually think they are very genuine people and have had pleasant conversations with them every time I see them. These are apartment homes in the historic district meaning the apartments do have old home problems. If you are familiar with that and can appreciate original home character, this is a place for you. They have more of a home vibe than an apartment vibe which I love. I rent a 2 bedroom apartment for a very reasonable rent given the area, plus my apartment has SIX closets. They don't have laundry or dishwashers - again older homes - b

They look nice and clean. Well caught up the people were nice. Price range was average

I lived there as a kid.. & then moved there again in 2006 Mr Krause is a straight up man. Wish i never moved .
