River Run Preserve by Pulte Homes

I am writing this review to talk about the concientious and genuine efforts of Brandy Keller and Laura McIntyre, the team that handle(s) any issue that I bring up, with regards to my residence in River RUn P{reserve. They both are "A" outstanding to work with and interact, addressing any repairs identified during the 1 yr warranty walk through or otherwise too. The Pulte Brand of high quality is maintained at the high level of reputation due to folks like Brandy & Laura!

Worst possible experience. Pulte corporate has no communication with their sales people. Spent the weekend looking at their properties and give a list of available lots. We picked the lot and our dream floorplan we were ready to go for contract on Monday only to find that the lots were no longer available and they had moved them to inventory lots where everything is selected... this would be fine had we been notified on Saturday but we weren't. We were told it was only decided upon on Monday however on public record these inventory homes has be permitted well before Monday and they were already getting ready to lay foundations with everything marked out. I am just highly annoyed because it seems as if you would rather lie to people and screw them over... if you are going to do something li

Small lot spaces. No room for a pool. A two story still allowed for four bedrooms.

Water drains not installed properly to handle big rains.And the builder simply tries give excuses.

Very good quality homes built and very close to Sanford Airport.
