River Run Apartments

I have lived here for almost a year and I can honestly say I am very comfortable and glad to call this my home. The units are well kept, the grounds are immaculate: mowing and plowing are done regularly, and it almost has a rural feel as it’s set off the main road. The dumpsters are taken care of twice a week and mgmt is strict about littering and any accumulation of junk on the grounds. The location is great, there is easy access to 481 and 690. There are grocery stores, gas stations and entertainment nearby. The rent is fair when compared to the current market. Most importantly management and maintenance are always available and prompt in addressing any concerns.

We just moved in less than a month ago, and got locked out of our apartment due to some hardware issues. The maintenance supervisor, AJ, came and helped us get in and installed a new doorknob. He's incredibly outgoing, friendly, and makes us feel safe knowing we have someone to reach out to who is here for us and not just because he gets paid to do it. Everyone in our building loves him!

Our family has been living here for 4 years. They are very supportive, kind, and Professional. When a situation arises we have the dedication and support from the the whole team. From Candice Gentile, the office manger, to the entire maintenance crew our time living here in River Run Apartments have been comfortable and safe experience.

This place went down hill once Barrington took over. My tub has leaked for months now, maintenance has looked at it on a few occasions. But has not fixed it yet. My ceiling leaks ever since they put on a new roof, they've also looked at that a few times. Still not fixed! My storage until down stairs was broken into. I am now catching people sleeping down there or shooting up down there. They don't care about their tenants, can't wait to move!

Wish I didn't have to give this establishment any stars. Jenny, the office girl is extremely rude and unprofessional. I drove from NC to meet with her and she ignored my calls and when I got to her office she had the "closed" sign on the door yet was in there talking to a guy and ignored my knock. Im so glad I didn't rent here! I would rather pay more and get positivity rather than disrespect. This company should consider replacing her because they lost out on a renter, I have to wonder how many renters they have lost out on because of her. There's a reason they don't post pictures of the apartments as well. 👎
