Parkview Place Apartments

RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! this place is so smelly moldy and dirty they redid the apartments all over black mold so if you get sick get a test done it will prove high levels of black mold and this place always smells like straight waste like a thousand full blue bowls get my drift if not your nose will

Management was rude and ignorant. Jumps to conclusions. Claims he helps his community but thinks its okay to scream and yell at someone saying they dont help themselves. Guy has no clue what he's talking about. He dont like people visiting tenants even though they pay all their rent in cash and doesn't receive any assistance. assumes your up to something if a visitor does come over. He needs to find a clue that's for sure. Its like night and day. On the phone he's polite and when you show up for a walk through he definitely judges you off appearance. Attitude tells all. Ignorance is bliss. God forbid should a setback happen to him then maybe someone would give him a taste of his own medicine.

Just did a walk-through with the owner. Try to illegally charged people for a ESA. The apartment they were showing us that would be available was disgusting none of the surfaces were painted and they threw the new carpet over the old carpet that was disgusting.

Stellar landlords. Fairly secluded from wind and noise. Any problem we've had with our apartment, other tenants, etc. has been resolved promptly. The apartments themselves are decent, if a bit outdated, but management works wonders on keeping them pleasant and livable. Edit to update: we finally moved, but only because our family outgrew these apartments. We lived at Parkview for about 4 years and if I could give 6 stars I would. I see a review below complains about the bad parking lot - it WAS horrible! But they completely re-paved it, which shows me willingness to invest in the properties to improve the lives of the tenants there. A stark contrast to some complexes in Fulton which I won't name here. Best landlords I've ever had.

Apartment are nasty and they smell and there cockroaches in everything apartment because the landlord just want to be lazy and not take care of the problem and there garbage everything it’s like everything eww I would never live in these apartments or put my kids these apartments and they just want to take your money and run with it and they don’t fix nothing
