River Run Apartments at Bethlehem

Everything has been great so far! The office staff was super helpful with getting us settled in and familiar with the area when we first moved in from out of state. The few times we’ve needed maintenance (for routine things, there’s been nothing crazy so far) they’ve responded quickly and fixed the issue. Staff keeps the common areas clean, vacuumed and mopped regularly, and they’ve been quick to plow the parking lot after snow storms. The landscaping was well maintained during the warmer months and the sidewalks kept salted/ice free since winter hit. They’ve also recently updated the shared laundry room to enable tap to pay for convenience.

I just got an apartment here and I have to say that the whole experience was amazing. Shannon and Gabby were amazing and so helpful throughout my application process keeping me updated on the things I had to do and continuously checking on me and making sure I had everything to be able to move in with ease, they definitely made my experience so much better thank you ladies so much!

My fiancée and I happily lived here for 2 years. It is a great place to live for people needing an affordable apartment with close access to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Gabriela, the leasing manager, was always helpful and responsive. Never any issues with parking and overall good service and communication. The only negatives we experienced were frequent maintenance check ins, in which workers would enter our apartment almost every month to do routine work/inspections, which we appreciated but also found to be a little invasive and more frequent than we have experienced at other rentals. Holes and cracks everywhere in the apartment. Big enough for rodents to get in wherever they want. Disgusting hallways, just complete filth. I have plenty more pictures but these will do. That hole is right next to the front door to the apartment. The other picture is the debree in the entrance hallway, that was there for MONTHS and still was when I moved out, although they tell you a cleaning company comes once a month which is clearly a lie. Lastly, you will see garbage like that outside apartments on a daily basis. Some people even leave it there overnight. Oh, and the absolute disgusting smell from cigarettes and cigars will make its way into your apartment. The smell in this building was absolutely horrifying.

Property manager Gabriela was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, and quick to respond. Made the application and move in process very easy. Love to call this location my new home!
