River Ridge at Canton

This was my first experience with apartment renting and I could not have asked for a better one. The location was perfect, my apartment stayed clean and any time I had a question or issue, Jackie always kept in communication and remained pleasant and professional. Everyone in the front office were always kind and eager to help in any way. The neighbors were always decent and respectful. I have zero complaints about my stay at River Ridge.

River Ridge has the best maintenance crew ever. My patio door was sticking. That's all I asked them to fix. There were some other problems due to the sticking door. Broken blinds, broken door handle. I figured if they could fix the door sticking I'd have to take care of the rest I came home today to a non sticking door, new blinds and the door handle fixed! Awesome maintenance here! So far I have loved living at River Ridge

I've lived here for 2, almost 3 years now and my boyfriend and I love it here! This was the only complex we could afford in Cherokee County, and although our rent is high for a one bedroom, we also have a garage so what can you expect? Our unit itself is in very good shape, and we have a nice view facing the mountains rather than another building or parking lot. We live on give third floor so bugs have never been an issue, we also live in a pretty calm, older people(s) building so not much noise. We've only had to call maintenance for a few things. One was the stove and I jokingly asked for a stainless steel one rather than white, and we got stainless steel! The other things have been minor and the maintenance men have always shown up the same day and fixed it. Sherry is a pretty nice mana

I have lived here for 2 years and the front office staff are the worst they are so rude and act like you are wasting there valuable time if you have any questions The maintenance staff are awesome tho at least 2 out of the 3 that i have dealt with are the best they have saved me and my family you can't buy that kind of service. The pool is awesome and one of the 2 playgrounds is really nice the other on is covered in graffiti and my 7 year old nephew learned some new words. So in summary some bad and some good

I've lived here for two almost three years. I loved the apartment complex, but if you are in domestic abuse situations, don't move here; they will not renew your lease if you call the police for help. After all, I thought you were supposed to be safe in your home. Sad I tell you. The maintenance team is 5 stars, but when it comes to management, it's sad.
