River Pointe Apartments & Townhomes

Carolina and Sarah have been nothing but great to me and my family. I moved into River Pointe apartment early August when they had a welcome bonus discount for new tenants. Trust me when I say they keep their word and make sure when they offer a bonus. Shortly after my move, I referred to my sister into River pointe. They made it happen for her and she is now one of us. Not to mention. I also got a bonus for that. :D Today I had Donzell and Josue, our maintenance guys working on my kitchen floor. I made a floor replacement request literally only last week on Thursday and today Tuesday it was done. I thought they were going to put the Same paper tiles I got when I moved in. But no, they superseded my expectations and brought in beautiful tiles they look like wood. I couldn’t be happier w

I’m very pleased with the maintenance service I received. I had in the past been told that things will be fixed but my issues were forgotten and I was giving the run around. I want to thank Donzell & Joshae for their great work! I’m very pleased with the maintenance service I received and everything looks and works so much better now. The team was professional, respectful, and got the job done quickly. I really appreciate how efficient, courteous and reassuring they were throughout the process. The staff has been friendly and helpful when needed. I can't complain about my neighbors. I live in a one bedroom and love the fact the whole building is only 1 bedroom apartments.

My moving experience was excellent! From the very beginning, the process was very smooth and professional. I especially want to thank Sarah, the manager, and Carolina for all their help. They were both very kind, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was ready for my arrival. Highly recommended!
