River Place Luxury Residences

Beautiful apartments and location but they recently raised their rates to a point that removed all the appeal for me. $1850/month for a 1 bedroom/1 den apartment $1950/month for a 2 bedroom. $2050/month for 2 bedroom/1 den. Utilities not included (other than trash) I get that the location is beautiful, but let's be real, this is still over 50 miles away from Chicago.

The location seems nice. However, it seems to be impossible to reach someone to find out if there are any apartments available to rent. Is there an alternate phone number or email address other than the one on their website to inquire about availability?

I loved the apartment it self but hated parking even though I paid for my own parking spot non residents would always park in the parking lot. Building should have been built a little better too. Could hear the guy above my unit walking around. It would be better if different location and parking was handled better.

These apartments sound great, but trying to reach someone is horrible! Left several messages and tried emailing, but the email address is invalid! Does anyone work here????

These apartments are great. Very spacious and beautiful. Also such a great location. Pet friendly.
