River Park Place Apartments

River Park Place Apartments are the best!! Grounds are kept beautiful every week from the lawn service. Our maintenance man, Joe is top notch. He keeps us all happy. The ladies in the office are not only positive and professional they are a great addition to our community, they are what makes our community so special and great!! Thank you Kiesha, Julie and Joe!

I don't go out much, but the people living here seem friendly, and the staff keeps the grounds and the apartments well maintained. It's pretty quiet and the lake and pool areas with the fountain are very scenic.

I know management offices get a lot of complaints, so I must give credit where it's due. Keisha , the manager at river park apts has been excellent over the years , as well as maintenance crew! Any time there is an issue and you reach out to her she responds quickly and professionally. She always seems to handle all issues with ease . She also seems to keep up with all issues regarding maintaining a lawn service crew that does a great job in maintaining the property , keeping it a pleasant place to live . Thank you Keisha and staff!

Maintenance was amazing need a light fixture fixed Joe was right on it.

Move in was a breeze! Julie was so helpful & pleasant. Once I saw my apartment I knew Julie was correct in telling me this will be my forever home. I love it!
