River Oaks Condominiums

I loved the area so I stopped by these condominiums, when I walked in I was just stared at for about 15 minutes by Brandice the Property Manager. Another person working walked in and asked if I had been helped, before I could answer no Brandice told her I had been. After about 20 additional minutes she finally asked what I was there for with a very rude tone, I let her know I was interested and wanted to tour. After being there for a while I was able to tour and yes the structure was great but the cleanliness was terrible. I saw 5 different types of bugs in the kitchen and bathroom, on the baseboards, in the corners, and on top of the fridge. The water pressure is terrible and I don’t think it’s possible to wash your face with it. When I went back to the office I spoke with Brandice again

Have lived here for almost 10 years :) Love the property, the management we have now is really great. Gregg, the manager is really nice and by the way our property looks—I know he loves his job! The best prt of our property is the location, we have everything close by. Neighbors are for the most part quiet and respectful.... at some point everyone knew everyone there, that has changed. Love the creek, it makes everything better.

Do not mover here. I was interested so I went to talk at the front office. Brandice Bell specifically was so dismissive and rude that it caused me to not even want to move forward with my tour. The property itself did not look to be upkept, as the outside was disgusting. I stopped to talk to current residents that were outside of their apartments and they are now waiting on their lease to be up to leave because of 1) how dirty the insides are including roaches from previous owners that were not taken care of by the property manager (not surprised because she was too lazy to even speak to me about lease options), rats in some homes and scurrying around outside the property. Was staying here with a friend, and she was great. The complex was kind of stark in the hallways, but there was a nice little path around the building for us to walk our dog. And they had a lot of ducks and other things which was nice being in the middle of the city.

I'm living here at River Oaks for the second time. This is an older property but it's been completely renovated and updated. The property is nestled into a tributary which is a portion of the Trinity River system and has beautiful walking trails along the creek bed and beautiful mature ornamental trees like magnolias and Japanese maples as well as live Oaks and pecan trees that are well maintained and provide a park like setting in the common areas and, for those of us lucky to live in the 3rd floor, offer an almost Swiss Family Robinson tree house feel and view. The property has an HOA which does a stellar job in managing the property and keeps it all looking beautiful and safe with security gates and garage parking. I love this property and hope to be here for years to come.
