Do not move in here. From the start we had mushrooms growing out of our walls. Then we had plumbing issue which caused all of our furniture to be damaged, and endangered our pet cat. When I spoke to management they redirected me to the main manager she is blonde blue eyes, has a small office in the leasing office, she said there was nothing they can do because the building is old, it just happens, she said. I do not recommend living here.

River North Apartments has been an outstanding place to call home. The property is beautifully maintained, secure, and thoughtfully managed. The front desk team deserves special recognition — the ladies there are always welcoming, attentive, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in every interaction. Management consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend River North Apartments to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience and a community that truly cares about its residents.

Living at River North Apartments has been such a great experience, and that’s largely because of the incredible management staff — Jasmin, Jessica, and Jeanette. Each of them goes above and beyond to make residents feel heard, supported.

From my experience living here has been dealing with a lot of plumbing issues. Once I even had to deal with my furniture getting wet due to some plumbing issues that the apartment had, and they never recompensated me for messing up my furniture. My furniture was new and all they said was "well its not our fault it just happened". Its just terrible quality and service. We moved here because it was more affordable than other places but it wasn't worth it. If you want good apartments with amazing services go to El Encanto Apartments I used to complain because they were more expensive, but they're definitely worth what you pay.

Honestly never had a major problem here, and I have lived here for almost a year now. It is super quiet, neighbors are friendly, I have never felt unsafe, the office staff is polite, and maintenance is usually pretty responsive. I know other people seem to have other experiences here but I can't complain about anything really.
