Been here over three years. Its been a very good experience, especially given the price point for the Nyacks (and with a dog). The property manager Michelle and the Superintendent Jeff have been attentive to maintenance needs and the property is maintained.
Currently a tenant and have had such a horrible experience. Electrical outlets haven’t been working for over two months now and the property manager, Michelle, still has been unable to get an electrician / contractor to the apartment to view let alone resolve the issue.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! River Edge Nyack. Great location with very little traffic. The complex hallways and outside are kept clean. The laundry rooms are updated and clean. MICHELLE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! She take time to listen and help where she can. My maintenance request was quickly responded to and Michelle called to make sure I was satisfied. Assigned parking space, quiet at night and on weekends. Overall an excellent place to live
Michelle was so helpful and accompanying through the whole process of applying for a apartment. She was able to guide us to find a perfect apartment. Michelle was informative and attentive to all our needs.We look forward to moving in.
