Diana Place is a spectacular building, in a great location, well maintained and the owner is a great guy. My wife and I moved up to Nyack from Brooklyn and wanted something close to downtown. The building is conveniently located and is walking distance to downtown Nyack. Location ✅ The apartment itself had all the best finishings, fixtures and appliances. Joe, the owner, really took his time when building out the apartments and it really shines through. Amazing apartment ✅ I used the gym weekly and it was always clean. Everything was always well maintained and Joe was fast and communicative whenever something happened. My fiancé and I moved here right as the building opened in January and we could not be happier! Every detail of the apartment and the building itself is quality and beautiful. We love the location, parking, incredible river views, the gym, shared balcony, and all of our friendly neighbors! Joe and Ed are the BEST at what they do and treat everyone they come across like family. You are not going to find a more beautiful building, in a better spot, with better owners then at Diana Place. Once word spreads about this gem I think it’s going to be tough to find an opening!

The landlord is incredibly responsive, and the facilities are kept very clean. Safe and spacious place for anyone looking for a newly built apartment building!
