No good lighting and wiring, weak and old infrastructure. you can see the condition of road Infront. rat and mouse infested, smelly indoors and stairs, never get cleaned and rent is super high for such a bad amities. No facilities of any kind (you name it), laundry room looks like dump storage unit and cost a lot to wash clothes as well. total messed apartments. IF some apartments near or somewhere offer place to live for students with no social security number this apartment would be empty in a month.
