River Creek

I never lived here but my boyfriend did, I would visit him often or since he worked a lot I’d go there when maintenance had to fix something if he couldn’t. In December 2024 I had just had my son so I was there with him for about 4 consecutive days after the maintenance person left they told him if I was going to be there I needed to be on a lease of course I had my own apartment so I didn’t want to be there on a lease, he’d visit my place and I’d visit his.I even tried to speak with the manager myself to show her my own proof of residency and she said “I can’t talk to anyone who isn’t on the lease” But the way management handled that entire situation was disgusting. I enjoyed my stay in River Creek. If I had any issues they were addressed in a timely manner. Also they are very understanding if you had any problems with anything.

I went to this really fun pool party the apartments had. The same staff (Jasmine) that gave me a tour of my unit a few months ago and made the paperwork easy— she was at the pool party! I'll say Anytime I place a work order maintenance fixes the issue within a day, tops. But I really appreciate the effort the staff puts into making this a chill place to live.

Still currently dealing with a mold and water damage issue in my HVAC closet that is causing my entire unit to smell like mold. I’ve tried to get them to come fix this several times and they keep avoiding to actually fix it. The date this gap was June 12th and yes my hvac closet still looks like this….. so yea don’t recommend like at all!
