I would like to thank Mr. Hampton for his assistance with our home buying process. When we met Mr. Hampton we pretty much had an idea of what we were looking for, and he helped us make the perfect choice for our family with the model we chose. The sales team is excellent but the builders and the warranty team absolutely terrible service. Refused to follow up on things that should be covered under warranty. No peace of mind. And then they will tell you warranty period is over. I am beyond frustrated.
