River Breeze Estates by Consort Homes

This is the worst builder company customer service and warranty services. This is our third house. The previous houses were builded with a different company and we never experienced this with them. We completed our closing last year. In our last inspection we identified that the stair pole and the rails were different. Since it was identified the same date of the closing. A paperwork was officially completed by Consort Homes where they indicated they are going to fix it. After a few claims, emails now they are saying that the work is completed. We asked for documentation that proves that but we are still waiting for it. If you want great customer service, materials, and compromise go with a different builder.
