Never take anything serious. not to mention the spiders are worse and never come fix anything on time they always forget always have to remind them. Always see them fixing apartments so they can rent them but never have time to fix the ones everyone lives in have heard many complaints from residents here. Save your money and go get a better place
Our company rents several apartments in this complex because many of us work 7 days on, 7 off at the airport in Cullman. It's ok, but there is no way I'd live here. Not much maintenance appears to be done, and the apartments are smoky. I'd look elsewhere if I was looking for a place to rent in cullman.
Owner and staff, our friendly never had one problem would definitely recommend them to everybody I know.
Very nice and clean apartments:) Great price, location, and a pool...need I say more!!!
