Gold Mark Apartments

I have lived here for nearly eight years. This place was good when I arrived, but has done nothing but improve since I’ve moved in. The buildings are well kept, the management is friendly and helpful, the neighborhoods are safe. It is easily accessible to businesses and shopping. I didn’t want to leave my home-state, but I am very satisfied and content here and plan to stay for as long as I am able to remain independent. Home sweet home!

Seven years ago I lived here for 5 years. I moved away then needed an apartment and decided to come back. Things have gotten much better. Crime is down, landscape is always maintained and kept clean. Current Management is always friendly. Maintenance always answers problems. Great place to live!promptly.

Great place to call home. Located close to shopping centers, city schools, parks and resturaunts. Maintenance and manager are always friendly and promptly respond to any issues that may arise. The grounds are well maintained and the community areas are kept clean. The grills, picnic tables, and playground are great for having fun close to home. I have been here almost 5 years and this is a peaceful and safe place I am proud to call home.

I have lived at Goldmark apartments for 5 years now. April is the sweetest manager ever, she is very quick to get anything fixed that needs it and always does her best to help with any issue she can. Brandon is the best maintenance man we have ever had, he always does his job so well and he always explains to us what he is doing and why and I love that. This is the most amazing place to live april and Brandon make it even better.
