River Bend Apartments

The office manager Sharon is very good about responding to your needs and concerns. She’s also very nice to work with! Some of my family also live here at Riverbend, Sharon was extremely kind and understanding. The maintenance here at Riverbend is so well maintained by James! The buildings are clean, the pool is always beautiful, this summer there were some issues with the pool but not of his fault. The grounds are well maintained! Overall very nice!!

James is amazing! I sent a request in at 6pm. The next morning they called me to come and fix my issue. Amazing!

Connie did an amazing job getting me into my apartment in October 2021. I’ve had a great experience over the last two years. The property is always quiet and well kept. Maintenance is quick to get things done and super helpful. The pool is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

I just moved out of Riverbend Apartments but only because I bought a new home. I have to say I really enjoyed living at Riverbend, very nice apartments. Sharon in the leasing office is awesome! Anytime I had questions or concerns she got back to me immediately!!! James the maintenance guy was great!!! Any maintenance issues I had, which were not many, were addressed in a timely manner!! Both Sharon and James were always available and always very friendly!! I highly recommend this location!!!

My partner and I recently moved into The Riverbend Apartments, and it has been absolutely wonderful! Andrea (the property manager) and James (the maintenance man) have been so welcoming and ever so kind to us. They even helped us move our new bed set in!! Andrea has great communication skills, and has responded in a timely manner whenever I’ve needed help. We love our new apartment!
