Riva Ridge Apartments

I really enjoyed living at Riva Ridge Apartments. It’s a quiet, family-friendly community with plenty of space to walk our dog, which was a big plus for us. The manager was always very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We got text communications which I liked. And the pool was one of my favorite parts — such a great spot to relax year round! Overall, it was a great place to call home.

We stopped by on a Friday afternoon and had an amazing experience with Madison! She was super welcoming from the moment we walked in. The leasing office was beautifully maintained. We’re looking for a 1 bed / 1 bath, and she went above and beyond by showing us two different units and thoroughly explaining all the amenities. The apartments are fantastic, and the Mountain View’s are absolutely stunning. We left feeling very excited about the possibility of living here!

We had a great experience living here! Leah and the staff were very responsive and handled maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Leah is also friendly and very helpful! Our apartment was kept in excellent condition and the grounds are kept very nice as well. There's also a beautiful view of the mountains and nice neighbors! We wish we could have stayed longer (but had to move for a job opportunity out of state).

I recently moved here from Connecticut and from the very beginning Leah was just so incredibly kind, helpful and supportive! She took the time to talk to me about my move, always kept me updated, sent me pictures and since I have arrived she made me feel at home! I love my apartment, it has everything I have dreamed of! It’s a beautiful complex and I am so happy here! Much gratitude to Leah and Madison for all their hard work! They are truly the best !!

I am very happy living at Riva Ridge Apartments. I can't say enough great things about the leasing manager Leah Wolfe. She is very friendly, personable and efficient. Any issue that you may have is responded to immediately. And maintenance is timely.The location is really lovely too with a great dog park across the street. And within walking distance to our west are bike/walking trails that offer lovely views of the foothills - a little oasis from the metro area. And the tenants here seem quite decent.
