Riva Apartments

I absolutely love James. He is warm and definitely makes your day. The moving process was super easy and convenient. I love the apartment and overall features. I also appreciate the staff being understanding and compassionate. Safety is great and even when it’s dark I feel safe going to my car. Apartments are up to date and it’s easy to access main attractions and hwys. Definitely the best place I have stayed.

I absolutely love it here! I've been here for just over 6 months and have not had any issues. I love coming home after work to a quiet and clean community. I've been in Dunwoody 3 yrs and wish I had found the Riva community first. The leasing team is professional made my move in a breeze. If you're looking for a clean quiet community close to everything stop by and see for yourself. I promise you will love it here.

I am in love with my new apartment , James has been excellent with helping make this move in process successful , he has been on call from start to finish making sure I have everything situated being I moved here from out of state . I greatly appreciate him and even though I had a minor hot water heater issue they worked hard and effectively to get it taken care of , and did what they could to accommodate during that time . I look forward to my new journey at the Riva apartments , if ur looking for a fresh start go ahead and apply ! Very quiet and well kept community so far so good .

The apartment itself is okay, but it needs a lot of fixing and better management follow-through. One of the biggest issues is the constant smell of weed. The first thing we smell in the mornings is marijuana, and late at night it gets even worse. At times, the smell is so strong that it comes directly into our apartment. We have made multiple complaints to the leasing office. Each time, we are told the issue will be addressed, but nothing ever changes. There is a clear pattern of saying they will fix the problem and then ignoring it until residents are completely fed up. There are children living in this complex, and it is not appropriate to constantly be exposed to this smell the moment you walk in or come home. Because of how these concerns are handled, I chose not to stay longer than

Christina is stellar! She is truly a gem in the industry. I drove by and thought the location and buildings were well-kept and lawn was nicely manicured so I stopped by for a tour and Christina was very accommodating. She was thorough in her explanation and details and after touring several complexes over the weeks- it’s not the treatment you receive anymore these days. The units are a beauty. A vintage feel with modern touches, spacious rooms and patios. Move-in was a breeze and I’m honestly so glad that I chose this place as my new home.
