I can’t say enough about Katie Dobson! She goes above and beyond for her clients. Even before we moved to Georgia from California (as my husband is retiring from the Air Force) she was sending us homes to look at so we were prepared about availability and options. She was very informative and thorough and immediately would take us to look at any homes we were interested in. Katie was extremely knowledgeable about every home we looked at, and did not try to push anything on us or feed us BS. She was up front about pros and cons of each home and gave us a lot of insight and guidance as we are new to the process and have never purchased a home before. She will make sure you get what you need and is very patient and understanding.

I was a tenant for over 7 years. I don’t have much good to say about Roy’s practices. The bar next door for a reason honey. ☕️
