Scam. Also, they ask for a borderline illegal amount if information about you and your spouse. By the time you make a profile for your pets (yeah i had to make one for each cat, $30 each) and then they want monthly payments as well after your pet screening. My two cats scored a 2 and was i was denied (AFTER spending hundreds just to apply). Dont bother with this crap

I posted a review yesterday based on bad information that I received from a friend yesterday who is ill. Today, I met with the people at Ritchie Real Estate, and they could not have been nicer. I want to publically apologize to them for reacting as I did without having first hand personal knowledge that could be verified. In otherwise, I was WRONG, I acted spontaniously when I should have done what I did today, which was seek out and find out the facts. What I found today was a lady (Jennifer Moses)that went the extra mile, showed me a lot of grace that I did not deserve, gave me the complete full story, and was very forgiving of my impulsive and incorrect review from yesterday. Horrible customer service. And they seem to only be out to find ways to take as much money as possible from people who are looking for a new home (rental). I was encouraged to apply for a property they had. I was advised no one else had applied for this home yet. I applied. The system wouldn't allow me to upload all info required. As such I emailed to advice I do have the info I could send directly. I received no response. I waited 2 days to call and ensure my info had been received. It was at that point I was told my app was incomplete. At no time had they reached out to advice me. They waited for me to follow up. I provided all info requested. Again, I waited to give time to process my application. I called back. Then I was adviced they needed an additional $25 on top of the already $50

I found a new apartment complex that was very nice and not too expensive for what you get. A one bedroom with new floors, new dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator all brand new plus a small washer and dryer with it's closed off area for laundry at $725 plus $75 for water which is understandable because it has a really nice pool as well so I can't wait to move in. Beautiful space all for me
