Josh Ferguson was absolutely wonderful with everything. He was very agreeable with showing properties way out of the area that I first mentioned because he had listened to what I was saying I wanted. After finding the home he helped me immensely in making right decisions because he presented pros and cons. After I made my decision, Josh has gone my expectations in making sure I knew what I needed to do next and even making sure I got where I needed to be to sign papers, etc. Even after closing, Josh has been a life saver when I felt I was in over my head. I feel we have become friends.
