Risor of Maple Grove

I haved lived at Risor for almost three years. All apartments need repairs sometimes and the maintenance tech here is simply the best! Not only does Karl fix things, but today he was an electrician, a plumber, and construction/ builder. Karl shows his love for his job, more importantly, he also is a real friend and helper to everyone who lives here! He is a lovely person. I also want to mention Erin, our leasing agent. I drop into her office often, and she always makes time for me! I would describe Erin as a friend, more than just an employee who happens to work where I live. Erin makes sure that we have fun gatherings/parties and makes sure we have a fun time! Ash, our manager is doing a great job! I don’t know her as well but, I’ll be working on that! We have lived at Risor now for over a year and a half. It has been a great experience. Plenty of beautiful spaces to host family and friends. The staff stays on top of things and the maintenance team has been excellent.

Risor of Maple Grove has been a really nice place to live. The community is friendly with no lack of activities. The amenities are excellent and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and super easy to work with whether a need arises or you are scheduling an amenity space.

Karl, our maintenance man is outstanding! He addresses any problem with prompt attention. He’s very personable and well liked by everyone here at Risor . His knowledge and skills deserve well beyond a fine star review .

Just moved in a week ago. Process was seamless- staff is exceptional. Everyone is very welcoming. I think I made the right decision.
