Rise Westgate

No not recommend at all . Outside is constantly dirty with dog poops every where management does nothing about it . Trash area constantly look overly dirty, pay all this money for this place and everything is terrible. Packages being stolen , management sucks doesn’t respond back to emails in a timely manner. Doesn’t answer the phone either but if you go in the office , there they are sitting there laughing not answering the phones . They add random fees to your rent . Shut your water off when you give push back . Etc . These apartments lie . They did not once attempt to reach out to me despite what they say in the reviews.

I had a issue with my stove and after I reported the issue I was told I wouldn't get another stove until maybe the first week of Nov. The boom a knock at the door and maintenance had me another stove ready to install, I was elated. Thank you to Jillian and the maintenance supervisor. He is really nice!

I think everybody deserves to put their own opinion, But in the case of Miss Jillian She is an angel. To those who have cockroach issues, mmmm That might be a you problem!. Because I’ve been here Almost a year and not one roach has crossed my counter. Best believe I will be ranting and raving If I seen that. Anytime I’ve had an issue, Jillian, Make sure things get done. Even so much to the point she was here while maintenance was doing the job. She goes above and beyond. Always updating us with emails and new things coming to Rise Westgate. Keep doing you, Jillian we love you. Thank you for being so understanding and always helpful when we need you.

Don't move here if you want peace. Roaches are really bad. The new manager women favors people and fights with everyone. She will look for any excuse to send you a notice. She tells your information to her family members that live there and to other residents she's close to. The maintenance guy speaks no English and can't fix nothing because he has no skills. He will say order complete when he never came to fix anything. They love to tow your vehicle.our car was almost stolen by thugs with guns when my son approached them. The neighborhood looks quiet at first glance but it's full of crime. Rise apartments are easy to get approved with bad credit and low move in but I would try another location. I been living here for a couple years and it's been great. Maintenance is always there when needed, no issue. It is executed efficiently and safe, Thank you guys.
