Rise Thunderbird

I really can’t say enough about the management team here, especially Marifer. Staying at Rise Thunderbird has been a major part of me keeping my life on track. Even when things got heavy and I was facing some serious financial hurdles, they didn't just treat me like a number,vthey saw the work I was putting in and worked with me. I take a lot of pride in my apartment whenever I can. It’s rare to find a place where the staff actually recognizes your character and supports your growth. Marifer has been incredible, and having a stable, positive place to live has changed everything for me. I’m proud to call this community my home.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I would only recommend this place if you don’t mind roaches, stray cats, homeless individuals around the property, and unprofessional customer service. While CJ in the office is helpful and responsive, the lead manager and Penny are consistently rude and dismissive. Despite never being late on rent and being flexible with them, they show no flexibility in return. Maintenance rarely answers the phone, service requests take days, and the water is shut off almost weekly for “maintenance.” Office hours are inconvenient and inconsistent—opening at 11am, closing for lunch at noon, and shutting down at 5pm. If YOUVE noticed RISE APARTMENTS are popping up everywhere throughout the valley some properties Nicer than others but I assume that comes with territory and location what side of town etc …. I feel it’s a little over priced but I feel that way about eggs ans everything else i came from a much bigger place cheaper and had internet included but those were luxuries and that complex has went exclusively only housing Vouchers (vaseo) The leasing agent at rise is amazing helpful compassionate and I feel makes the community a community I was having a hard time getting into a place (idk why) but I think it’s cuz I was applying and paying online for the app fee I had 2 jobs and a dead line to find somewhere and it was looking like I was gonna be homeless with my child until Meriff at rise reach

Moving into Rise Thunderbird apartments is a total blessing! Very clean and I lOVE that they do pest control regularly. No issues with management and are very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend!!!!! Love you guys!!

First and foremost I want to thank god for blessing me and my Fiancé on our new apartment together , New beginnings ! 2nd I want to thank the amazing gentleman CJ who took his time with us and gave us quality when it comes to service !! Super Responsive , Understanding and he is there to help !! He’ll make you comfortable in your new place you can call home ! He’s the best , thank you CJ , we love our new home ! Keep being you .
