Definitely appreciative of the helpful miss Dulce in the front office. What a sweetheart! We spoke over the phone a few times in preparation for my possible move in -- good vibes, wonderful communication, she answers questions with no confusion. We booked a time for me to tour, I walked in and she and Carlos got me together like a pro -- I paid the small fees and got my keys! Quick, easy and I love my cute new home. It's the perfect space for me and myself. There's personally little to no downsides since moving in weeks ago, except as far as my neighbors and noise goes. But hey life is LOUD. I came across Rise Parkside apartment on Facebook while looking for an apartment. So I sent a message to Dulce inquiring on it (it was on her page for advertising) and the service from Dulce is outstanding service very good. She answered me back in a timely manner, she was informative and helpful she even returned my calls. She got me and my cousin set up quick and fast with a bedroom while we was looking for a two bedroom we just decided to get a one bedroom and it all happened under 48hrs. Also Carlos at the Office is great he is a multitasker and very informative as well and friendly. 😇👏🏾

This apartment complex is disgusting. Cops are constantly there, Management does not care about the residents after you sign a lease, and just an all-around horrible place to live at. If you like paying for pest control and still getting cockroaches in your apartment, even though you’re a clean person, you would enjoy this place. Maintenance leaves keys in your door, giving access to anyone. I had things stolen from my home because of this. The chiller is always down, which makes your AC run hot and your water run ice cold. The amenities are horrible the washer and dryers never worked the entire time I lived there. The laundry room was absolutely disgusting and filthy and had a sour mildew smell. Thank you Carlos Diaz for being so helpful with my process to getting the keys to my very own apartment. You were so kind and always responded very quickly when I had any questions, and the information you gave me kept me from thinking of any doubts I could’ve had. Anyone who is looking for a place Carlos is the guy to call in any situation.

Let's start with the manager in the front office. She is rude quick to raise her voice and yell at you. When she can't handle the customers she shouldn't be out front. Then they lied and said they have security never seen them once. Came out to someone looking into my car's window. I can tell you I have seen more random homeless people than staff. Stay far away this place is a joke. Now the add to the post lol we take allegations seriously no they don't and again no security here don't fall for that lie
