Just moved in here! Been really good so far, very nice renovated 1bhk. Peaceful surroundings with good car parking. Jonathan does a really good job st fulfilling your requests. I had to call and move in within 48hrs and he was able to do that without hesitation and showed me all around the property. Good experience so far!!

This place is a little gem and hidden secret of an amazing community. The biggest reason for this is Jonathan our property manager. I am currently heading to his Sam Club Event. I was so excited to see Sam Club coming closer and excited to hear what they have to offer us here at Rise on Mcclintock. Jonathan always keeps up with the local community events going on. It's nice having an apartment manager who truly cares about his property. I mean it, when you come into Jonathan office he is warm and welcoming. He knows all of his residents which is very different from the places I have lived at before. Pro's: Property Management (Jonathan and Ron) big plus! Ron who manages the property maintenance is always on point with his job. And very informative when fixing issues in my apartment. This

Moved out about September of last year and i only have good things to say about this place. I stayed here for about 4 years before moving and i was sad to say goodbye. The area is in walking distance to a bunch of neat places (including a park), plus it's a short drive to anything fun Tempe has to offer. The new management (Jonathon) was wayy better than the last office manager. He was attentive, responsible and when I called the office, he answered. Jonathon was just lovely. I could also find him walking around the grounds, he seems like a very hands-on type of manager. Furthermore, the neighbors were amazing, the apartment was clean and everything was always working. The only time i ever had an issue was when the hot water heater went out and after calling maintance, they had it fixed wi

I was texting them about an apartment and told them I have a period eviction and they immediately unsubscribed me from the text messages without even responding 😂 like damn lol. I get it but that's clearly pretty unprofessional. Not that they care
