Rise on Cave Creek

I am a current resident at Rise on Cave Creek and am posting to document ongoing concerns regarding selective enforcement of policies and the treatment of our household. On December 15, 2025, while on-site management was with a prospective tenant, management approached my vehicle, advised they had been monitoring our vehicle, questioned the validity of our residency, and instructed me that I could not park in an unassigned handicapped parking space located directly in front of the leasing office, despite displaying a valid placard. This occurred less than 72 hours after I had directly spoken with management regarding my residency. This was my first apartment and is my biggest regret. The place always dirty, there will be cockroaches living there with you for free, their pest control come once a year, I had to begged them multiple times to do their job, so many hidden fees, stuff constantly break around the house because of how old and cheap materials they use. If there is a leak in the house or the ac is broken…good luck because they are not getting fix for DAYSSSSSSSSSS. I’d pay so much extra my Money for something I’m not even using.. they would let u sleep in a hot weather without ac or fan if it’s broken. genuinely hope their company goes bankrupt of how careless they treat people, i get that they own so many places around the city but its not an excuse to treat people so badly.

As for the Effort in making the community a Better Place is a Plus...As, for the Team work of the maintenance and (********) should be acknowledged by your Corporate Office. Megan and Maria were amazing in helping me get approved for a 1 bed room apartment. The apartment is really nice for the price and I look forward to living in my new home.
