The maintenance Anuar Hernandez is very helpful and on top of his work fast worker !! He makes sure my apartment is fix and taken care of and is up to date with repairs get to my work order super fast with no issues or complaints !! You guys have a good maintenance worker compared to the other maintenance that was here before him ! He definitely does his job right and is very kid friendly when kids are around or near. Helps keep the complex safe and sound and clean. Thank you Hernandez for your hard work here at the rise north ridge we appreciate you

Anuar Hernandez the maintenance guy is amazing. One thing's for sure if you have a problem and you bring it up to him. He makes sure he does what he can to fix it. And the one main thing I really like about him is the same clean condition he found my appointment when he comes in. Is the way he leaves it He's not a messy maintenance guy. Which is great.

lived here 2 years ago and it was HELL. Rekindled with an old friend and she weirdly enough stays in the exact building i was in, safe to say ain’t shit changed. when i moved in 2 years ago i was desperate looking for a place and didn’t check reviews until about my 1st month already signing a lease and everyone was complaining about ROACHES. i had a horrible infestation and no matter how many times they bombed or spray it DIDNT WORK. crazy how those same reviews of other tenants complaining aren’t on here anymore …? hmm.weird. no matter how many times they change management (which was often always had a new manager when i lived there) doesn’t resolve the infestation problem because they don’t care and keep moving people in without bombing the entire building or even entire complex. I have repeatedly complained for several months about the strong smell of marijuana seeping into my apartment, and nothing has been done to resolve it. It’s extremely uncomfortable and disappointing to feel this way in a place that’s supposed to be my home. On top of that, the upstairs neighbors constantly bang and stomp throughout the night, often from 9 PM to 2 AM. I’ve submitted multiple complaints about the noise as well, with no action or improvement. Paying $1,800 a month to deal with ongoing smoke issues, excessive noise, and a lack of management response is unacceptable. I’m completely fed up with these apartments and cannot wait for my lease to end so I can leave and never look back. This has been a very negative living experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. P

Michelle was a great help. She help me with my application and my move in and she was great helpful person I am grateful to live at Rise North Ridge.
