Rise Chapel Hill

I have lived at Rise Chapel Hill for 6 years. Meredith and her new side kick Rabia are the best in the industry for not just making this our home and a great place to live but have continuously promptly responded to any and all questions. They have enhanced many areas of the facilities to make this truly the best place in Chapel Hill to rent an apartment, I am happy to call home. Please keep up the great work Meredith and Rabia you are more than appreciated.

From the initial tour of the property to the subsequent interactions, the team at Rise Chapel Hill has been outstanding. I first met with Rabia, viewed the property, completed all necessary paperwork, and signed my lease. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with Meredith, who has been very helpful and attentive to my needs since moving in. The staff here are highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this community as a wonderful place to call home.

I have been asking Meredith to please tell anybody, first it was David, then Curtis, then Ford said he would create a "list" before he went to the new property of repairs for me.. He is now at new property. Meredith is withholding repairs from me. She did not like what I was saying online and so she turned off my pool key fob. I have not wanted to say anything because I do love my home, where it is situated, but withholding repairs is illegal and the smell is now unbearable and going over there repeatedly has done nothing but upset both of us and now she is actually throwing papers at me. She says "I don't have time for this" and will actually pretend the phone has rang. She had to go to court against me last week and after she came back it made her so upset she started throwing away peop

Meredith was our tour guide and she was amazing. She was thorough, answered all of our questions, made us feel at home, kept it real, and gave us a breakdown of costs. There are new things coming for this complex and the team is already doing a great job on keeping up with everything. My partner and I haven't decided where we want to go yet, but this is one of the top places we are debating. We need to make a plan ASAP because it's getting booked fast!

I had an amazing experience with Justin for a virtual apartment tour. From the start, they were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The virtual tour was well-organized and detailed, giving me a great overview of the property and answering all of my initial questions. I'm looking to relocate because of work, so i haven't decided on a property yet, but thanks to Justin, I feel confident that I am equipped to make a sound decision for my next living situation.
