How many inspections are we gonna have ???? Lived here 8 months and there have been now 5 or 6 different inspections!! At this point yall want to be in my apartment more than i do! Shady and annoying! Why am I paying rent for privacy if people are going to constantly be in my home!!! How about you worry about inspecting all the car break ins!! And now they've allowed I.C.E to make people present their i.d at their own home. Bootlickers! Pure evil.

This place has roaches AND rats. They won't exterminate. My heat didn't work, neither did the AC, my water heater needs replaced, my stove, the locks on my front door, and nothing. I genuinely could not recommend a place less, their owners are conservatives who don't want to fix anything. In addition to this, they've allowed I.C.E to make people present their i.d at their own home!!!!!

I had two maintenance requests the past few weeks and Kaleb was efficient, very professional and did an excellent job on both. Thanks, Kaleb for all you do!

Why am I forced to even give one star in the ratings when that is literally O-V-E-R rating this place!?! Pitiful to say the least! The office personal's attitudes are as nasty as their apartment units, and the smell matches the look...garbage! Roach infested, mold ridden, and all together gross. It'll do you better to get help from a resident than any of the office workers.😝😖🥵😵😡🥴

I lived at this place for seven years (2015-2022). While it was good the first few years, the neighborhood kept going down, while the rent kept going up. At first, I had two-year leases with Milestone and one other, which made it worthwhile. Since about 2019, the property owners changed management companies every 6-12 months. There is no recognition of you being a good tenant, there is no accountability or memory of anything by the management staff, and there is no respect. They try to push you around every opportunity they can. There is round after round of surprise inspections, threats to tow your car, fees upon fees upon fees, outright lies, denial, and near harassment.
