Rise at the Palms

recently moved in with my boyfriend this month and it was such a supportive and easy process!! Felipa was so sweet and very helpful and patient with us throughout our process! she helped us with every question and concern we had, no matter if that was in person or over the phone. the complex and people are very welcoming as well! very happy to start this chapter and settle in our new home here ❤️

I Came to visit a friend that lives here. When I seen her place it look nice. I decided to go to the front office and the ladies in the office were super nice. Felipa & Barbarita Answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. The area seemed quiet for the most part. Pool was cleaned. The excessive balloons out by the street were cute and noticeable.

The manager Felipa is the BEST! Anytime I've had a problem or a concern she has helped me in her fullest ability and got stuff done. She has a great personality to be able to deal with all the other personalities in this place! I have been here for 13 years and I've seen managers come and go and when we get a good one I like for people to know about it! She is amazing and they better keep her for a long time!

If I could give this property zero stars, I absolutely would. My time living here has been nothing short of a nightmare — filled with constant issues, neglect, and unprofessional behavior from management. Here’s just a short list of the problems I've faced: Maintenance requests go unanswered or take forever to be addressed The roof is sagging and leaking Constant police and drug activity Strong odors of cigarette smoke and urine coming from neighboring units due to poor cleanliness Unprofessional property manager who has raised her voice, closed the door in our faces, and continuously asks for positive reviews despite doing nothing to earn them Office hours keep changing — now we’re left without help on Thursdays and Fridays, which is unacceptable The only positive experience I’ve
