Bolden: Great Location, Needs Major Management Overhaul I've lived at Bolden for five years, and while the building has potential, the resident experience is consistently frustrating due to management and security issues. Concerns: - Security Risk: The main front door is almost always ajar, creating a major safety concern. On top of that, my vehicle was towed without any notice. As a resident that pays for parking monthly you can imagine how I felt. - Package Chaos: With no concierge and a constantly outdated call box, delivery drivers can’t get in. Packages are left vulnerable between the doors, and I've lost several. - Communication: Manager Jacob encourages outreach but never responds to calls or emails. I can’t say enough great things about Nicole, the new General Manager at Rise Apartment! When an issue came up, she stepped in immediately and handled everything with incredible professionalism and efficiency. Her swift action and clear communication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. It’s so reassuring to know there’s leadership here that truly cares about residents and takes concerns seriously. I’m really happy she’s joined the team! Beyond the exceptional management, Rise Apartment itself is an amazing place to live. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Absolutely the worst experience ever! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Got a tour with Kim and then applied online. Called several times and emailed to get status but no reply and left several voice messages to some dude name Nathan. Finally returned to the office to follow up in person and was informed that Kim is "no longer with the company". Spoke to the next agent, Cheyenne. Wow, talking about rude and unprofessionalism. She was so sure that I didn't apply until I showed her my current application. Then she back step and told me that the place is now rented!!! What a horrible way to treat your potential client. Place seems actually pretty nice, but definitely lots of better and kinder folks around here for sure.

The property management has changed recently and the new manager is absolutely amazing. While I had my holding fee refund stranded for over a month, as soon as I talked to Nicole who is just taking over at Rise, she made sure check was cut and overnight to my correct address. My issue was resolved in just 2 days. I definitely recommend working with Nicole and her new team!

As a former resident of Bolden, I would like to praise the most valuable services the maintenance team, under the able leadership of Philip Hale, renders in Rise and Bolden at the Boro. Furthermore, I wholeheartedly thank Marta and Oscar for their incredible dedication to their assigned duties in the above-mentioned buildings. Not only do all the members of the maintenance team bring to the table their hard-earned skills, but they are also deeply appreciative of serving under Philip and learning from him, a leader with such an impressive professional portfolio.
